So this was supposed to be a Halloween pic, but as usual that didn't happen. Halfway through the pic I found these really neat fractal wings I had forgotten about. So I slapped those on there and I liked what I saw. So one thing led to another, and I could really see how neat those wings worked with cold colors.
I had made a Twi pic just recently, and it would be silly to have wings on such a pic, or this might have become a Twilight wallpaper. And I couldn't come to think of anypony that would fit other than Luna. And well, I fokken like Luna so there you go.
